Empowering Communities Through Technology: Serving Seniors & Communities
The Next Step, Inc.'s mission has always been rooted in equity, access, and empowerment. Since 2004, we’ve been dedicated to closing the digital divide—ensuring that underserved communities, especially senior adults and disabled individuals, have the tools and support they need to thrive in a connected world.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, this mission became more urgent than ever. We proudly assisted over 4,900 disabled individuals in receiving adaptive technology devices.

These devices enabled individuals to:

Attend online medical appointments with ease

Participate in speech and cognitive therapy sessions remotely

Stay connected to family and friends, reducing isolation and improving emotional well-being
By providing access to technology and personalized support, we helped foster independence, dignity, and connection during challenging times.
